Woman dies suddenly at a home in West Bay

A woman has died suddenly at a home in West Bay.

Dorset Police received a call from the ambulance service at 8.32am today (Thursday) reporting the sudden death of a woman aged in her 30s at an address in West Bay Road in Bridport.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "Officers attended and confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious. The woman's next of kin has been informed and our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time.

"The coroner has been notified."
