A Bridport cancer charity is looking for a volunteer to help with its administration.

The Living Tree is looking for a volunteer to replace me, Rose Thorpe, with an interest in supporting what we do, to become our new admin secretary.

The Trustees meet every two months and your responsibilities would include agenda setting, attending our trustee's meetings, taking & writing up then circulating the amended minutes (20-25 hours work on average per month).

I can overlap in order to hand over the role to a new volunteer and provide support as required. The Trustees welcome anyone interested to contact us via email at [email protected] so we can explain more about what is involved.

You would be supporting a cause close to many people's hearts amongst a group of friendly & committed volunteers who oversee the charity's' work, gain valuable experience of working with a registered charity and help Living Tree to continue helping those affected by cancer.

Volunteers are the life blood of small charities like the Living Tree and your help would be enormously appreciated and, from my experience, a very rewarding volunteering experience.
