Now in its 14th year, the Artists of the Jurassic Coast exhibition returns to Eype from this weekend.

This year, artist Lynne Grace will be exhibiting her seascapes and other works. Lynne's use of colour and the sense of movement in her work evokes the Dorset coast in a unique and dynamic way.

As well as Lynne, seascape and landscape painter John Boyd will also be exhibiting. His paintings are evocative and atmospheric - a master of capturing the light.

Other painters include Brian Cocks, who works in oils, acrylic and charcoal, Charlotte Miller, who creates images of the West Dorset landscape, valleys, hills and orchards gentle in colour and atmosphere.

Marion Taylor will be showing her paintings of Colmer's Hill, as well as new original collages, including a series on vintage postcards. Signed copies of Marion's book, 'West Bay', will also be available to buy.

Potters, Dave Emery and Maggie Cooke, will be showing their very different work. Dave Emery's large-scale pieces are for both home and garden and his use of highly coloured glazes and metallic lustres make his work eye catching and unique. As a contrast, Maggie Cooke's work is of a gentler hue with pieces inspired by nature and seascapes.

The exhibition will run from Saturday, September 11 to Sunday, September 26 at Eype Centre for the Arts and open from 10.30am to 4.30am. Entry is free.
