A beautiful, large art installation is coming to Symondsbury next week, giving you the chance to see what Earth looks like from space.

Luke Jerram's Gaia, a seven metre model of Earth, features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the Earth's surface and can be seen floating in three-dimensions.

From September 24 to 26, Gaia can be found in Park Copse, Symondsbury Estate, as part of Activate Performing Arts' Inside Out Dorset project and can be seen from 10am to 10pm each day, with last entry at 9.30pm. It is free to see.

A specially made surround sound composition by BAFTA award-winning composer, Dan Jones, is played alongside the sculpture.
