DarkBear bar is back fundraising this Christmas and is hoping to raise £500 for Cupboard Love Food Bank.

Following on from the Christmas tree it erected in West Street and mocktail masterclass last year, the Bridport cocktail bar is making 50 mocktail packs, with £10 from each one sold going to the food bank.

The Christmas tree raised £300 for the food bank, despite sadly being stolen, but it "did not detract from what the Christmas tree brought to Bridport". However, it was found, returned and re-planted.

The pack for budding mocktailologists includes reindeer food, two canned mocktails, sweets, syrups and a link to a video with the 'bear cub' mixing up a mocktail, plus a hot chocolate. With thanks to Waitrose for the donation of apple juice.

Packs can be collected from DarkBear, located at 115 East Street, below the Bridge House Hotel, or posted UK wide.

Opening hours for the cocktail bar are Wednesday to Friday 4.30pm to 11pm, 12noon to 11pm on Saturday and 12noon to 5pm on Sunday.

The packs were very popular last year, so don't delay - visit darkbear.shop to pick up your packs.
