In-person French and Spanish classes are coming back for those wanting to learn a new language or improve.

Love Learning in Dorset returns to the classroom on September 21, offering classes in both Bridport and Weymouth.

Build up your confidence and revisit your school French, going back over what you learned. Perfect for those who have a property in France and would like to converse better within the community or those who would like to brush up on their language skills.

Improvers classes take place in the Chapel in the Garden, Bridport, on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm. Please use the Rax Lane entrance.

A French confidence building course is also taking place in Weymouth on Wednesday mornings for improvers and intermediate level from 11.30am in The Palm House.

A new course of beginners Spanish is also starting in Bridport. Learn the language in relaxed and friendly weekly classes on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm in the Chapel in the Garden, through the Rax Lane entrance.

An intermediate Spanish class will be held at The Palm House, Weymouth on Wednesday mornings from 9.45am to 11.15am. These will go over various tenses and grammar.

Classes include refreshments of tea and coffee and, if desired, simple tapas and wine.

Love Learning in Dorset has been able to continue throughout the Covid pandemic by taking classes online, but there will now be an opportunity to 'meet the tutor' at The Chapel in the Garden, Bridport, on Saturday, September 11. Pop in between 10am and 11am for a chat.

Love Learning in Dorset has supported the Malala Fund for many years, a charity supporting young women in education. It supports the cause on a monthly basis and you can also donate at lovelearningindorset.com
