The sumptuous menu will feature seafood, meat and vegetarian options, including pan-seared scallops with celeriac purée, poached carrot and chilli braised chicory with a crispy black pudding crumb; over roasted lamb rack to share with creamy dauphinoise potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli and roasted carrots, with a garlic and rosemary red wine jus; and gentleman's tart for dessert – a butter pastry with a layer of brandy soaked sponge, topped with chocolate and caramel and served with vanilla ice cream.
