Nearly £1,000 has been raised for 2020 Skate and Ride through the sale of CDs.

Clocktower Music's chosen charity is the skate facility at Gore Cross run by Rob Ridge and others.

Customers are asked to donate their CD collections to support them and Clocktower makes a donation for the ones it wants or sells them in the shop at 10 for £5. So far, nearly £1,000 has been raised.

The shop has received collections from John Baker at The Ropemakers pub, Billy Bragg and a signed album cover from Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream.

If you have any CDs you would like to donate, contact Clocktower Music here or visit the shop in St Michael's Trading Estate.
