Would you like to work for a charity based in Bridport helping people with tax problems?

Tax Help for Older People and TaxAid are national charities providing free, independent expert help and advice for older people, vulnerable and working age people on lower incomes, with a team of more than 420 specialist volunteers.

The charities are looking for an administrator to join their volunteer and administration team based at the charity head office in Pineapple Business Park.

The role includes management of emails and database of records, contact with beneficiaries to arrange appointments, daily email contact with volunteers, record, maintain and update appointments for TaxAid surgery session, process incoming and outgoing post, liaise with partner organisations and more.

Do you have good administrative skills, telephone manner, written communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail? This could be the role for you.

The job also requires you to have good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work well alone and as part of a team, as well as the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

The part-time job is offered with a hybrid work pattern between the home and office for 21 hours per week.
