Latest figures show four coronavirus-related deaths in Bridport area between March and November

A total of four coronavirus-related deaths were recorded in Bridport between March and November, according to figures released by the Office on National Statistics.
It's interactive map allows you to see the number of deaths occurring in the period of March to November 2020 where Covid-19 was mentioned as a cause on the death certificate.
According to the map, there have been two deaths in Bridport North, one death in Bridport South and West Bay and one in the Burton Bradstock and Chideock area, which excludes Bridport North and South but stretches to just before Charmouth in the west, West Bexington in the east and Netherbury in the north and includes the villages in between.
It also reports that the deaths occurred in April.
In the wider west Dorset area, there were two deaths in Beaminster, one in April and one in May, and there were no deaths in the Marshwood, Charmouth and Lyme Regis area.
During the same period, there have been 23 deaths in the Dorchester and west Poundbury area.
The latest figures for Dorset, published by Public Health Dorset today (January 4) report the case rate for Dorset is 196.6 per 100,000 of the population, compared to 120.2 in the last update on December 29. The case rate for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) is 389.5, compared to 218.8 on December 29.
Dorset has 744 confirmed cases, compared to 455 on December 29 and BCP has 1,540, compared to 218.8 on December 29.
The Government's interactive coronavirus map shows that in the seven days to December 29, there were 22 cases in Bridport North, five cases in Bridport South and West Bay and 13 cases in the Burton Bradstock and Chideock area.
There are currently 135 Covid-19 patients in hospital beds in Dorset, compared to 134 on December 29.

A spokesman for Public Health Dorset said: "In line with the situation across the wider South West region and England as a whole, we have seen a significant increase in our case numbers and rates over the last couple of weeks. We are also seeing a rise in hospital admissions.
"Residents of the Dorset Council area are asked to help avoid further spread of Covid-19 by limiting contact with people from outside your household and do not meet anyone you don't live with indoors.
"If you develop any symptoms of Covid-19, self-isolate at home immediately with other members of your household and book yourself a test. You must all stay at home whilst you wait for the result to prevent possibly spreading the virus to others."
Up until Sunday, January 3, the number of people who died in Dorset within 28 days of a positive Covid test was 185, with a total of 225 deaths with Covid-19 listed as a cause of death on the death certificate.
