2. Overwhelming response from Bridport community to help people of Ukraine

Efforts to raise funds and donations have received and incredible response from the people of Bridport and they are still continuing!

3. Ambulance vandalised while parked in Bridport

While parked in Corbin Way the ambulance was spray painted, causing "an unnecessary burden on the NHS resourcing at a time when it is needed the most".

4. Bridport businessman crosses into Ukraine to help those in need

The "hero landlord of Dorset", Tom Littledyke, has selflessly taken a mini bus full of supplies to Ukraine, with plans to do it all over again.

5. Bridport town hall clock to be lit in yellow and blue to show our support to the people of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian flag will also be flown to "show the world the people of Bridport are looking on in horror at what Russia is doing and to send a message of support".
