West Dorset Agincare staff are being highlighted on the small screen and staring in an exciting new recruitment campaign.

The 'You care, so do we' campaign brought care workers together - including Dorchester and Bridport home care registered manager Filipe Requixa - at a studio in the Old Bakery, Poole, to film a promotional video, which features online and as an advert on Sky TV.

It also features home care worker Harry Taylor and live-in care worker Grace Allanic, with more content involving video interviews with Agincare workers - including Sansom Bailey and live-in carer Debbie Grice - being rolled-out over the coming weeks.

Jamie Powell, head of customer relations, said: "Agincare prides itself on putting people first, that goes for our dedicated workforce as well as the people that we deliver high quality care for across the country.

"We want to not only welcome lots of new recruits with a passion for caring, but continue to build a great workplace experience where every team member can flourish and grow their career.

"Our new 'You care, so do we' plan will benefit everyone that works for us, and, ultimately everyone we care for too."

The campaign is the result of Agincare listening and learning from its teams into how it hires, develops and cares for its people and as well as a drive to help recruitment, also recognises its incredible workforce across the country.

A new 12-week welcome programme makes applying for a job with Agincare quick and easy, with fast track employment offers, paid induction training, DBS paid up front, welcome bonus and other benefits.

The Dorset-based care provider celebrates 35 years since founder and chairman Derek Luckhurst opened his first care home in Weymouth.

Since then, it has grown to employ some 3,500 people and deliver care in more than 50 locations across the country.
