Walks to enjoy with family, friends or the dog in and around Bridport

Ahead of Mother's Day on Sunday, we shared some walks with our newsletter subscribers to enjoy in the glorious weather over the weekend.

Mother's Day may have passed, but that's no reason not to enjoy these walks. Go out with the family, incorporate it as a dog walk or just enjoy a stroll.

All routes have a combination of field and pavement walking.

Bothenhampton

Enjoy a three-mile loop walk around Bothenhampton, taking in the nature reserve and stunning views to West Bay.

Bradpole

Discover the beauty of Bradpole and its footpaths with this easy level walking 1.8-mile loop in the village.

Burton Bradstock

Explore the Burton countryside with a longer route of two and a half miles. Work up an appetite and enjoy some refreshments at Hive Beach Café!

Symondsbury

You could also incorporate a hike up Colmer's Hill into this three and a half mile loop in the countryside to get those brilliant views of Bridport!

Pymore

Start and finish in the town centre for this two and a half mile route in the beautiful village of Pymore.

Explore the paths in and around the town centre with this pushchair and wheelchair friendly route.
