South West Kickboxing has introduced a ladies only session.

The first lesson will be on Monday, June 7 at Bridport Youth and Community Centre from 7.30pm and will be run by Clare Hyde 2nd and Dan black belt.

The classes aim to enable the group to benefit from fitness, self-confidence, self-defence, socialising, improved mental wellbeing, having fun and a safe environment with no egos or pressure.

South West Kickboxing has been running for around nine years in Bridport and has several classes for children and adults, as well as private lessons.
