Two Bridport residents were selected to win a £15 gift card from Co-op to celebrate Mother's Day, after making touching tributes to their mums.

Congratulations to Sammi Wells and Louise Goligher who entered Bridport Nub News' prize draw to win a £15 gift card to spend in their local Co-op.

Entrants were asked to pay tribute to their mothers on our Facebook page, as part of Co-op's Mother's Day celebrations.

Sammi Wells paid tribute to her mum Sarah Gay, commenting: "All the little things you do. When I've had a long day at work and I drop in and you offer me dinner, or encouraging me to take my manager's job, for making sure Nan is happy and has many adventures after losing grandad, and just being my mum. There's not enough flowers to say a massive thank you for everything."

Louise Goligher said: "My mum is my world. I cannot thank her enough for what she does for myself and my family."

Both have won £15 gift card's to spend at Co-op, along with other winners in Nub News towns across the country.
