Exciting Opportunity, Baker, Bridport, £27000 - £30000 pa DOE, Permanent, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Baker to join an Artisan Bakery based in Bridport Dorset, They are looking for talented people to train as a Baker using the processes unique to this client. Experience of working in a bakery is desirable but kitchen experience is essential.

The company make organic, long fermentation Artisan sour doughs and many different breads pastries and cakes which are then sold in various high quality outlets and also in the company's own shop in Bridport town.

• You will be a conscientious reliable individual who can work well in a small team as well as stand in to manage a shift in the absence of the Head Baker.
• This is an excellent opportunity to take your bread making skills to the next level and full training and support will be given.
• You will be working on a night shift baking breads to be distributed early the next day and will be a designated key holder.
