The Client:
Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering legal advice and services to both business and private clients on a national and international scale.
The Role:
As a Legal secretary in a Family Law department, you will be organising fee earner schedules, appointments, and coordinating both internal and external meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team through phone, in-person, and written communication.
- Overseeing the creation of confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Generating necessary documentation and correspondence through audio transcription.
- Providing support to an established and successful team.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal administrator, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of Audio transcription and secretarial experience.
- Experience of working in a legal department.
- Proof-reading skills to ensure a consistent and accurate standard.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and computer operations.
