Overview:

CNC Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our prestigious client in Bridport area . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Jo type - temporary contract, 3-6 months

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette - Typing skills - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of basic office equipment - Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical duties - Familiarity with Google Suite or QuickBooks is a plus

The right candidate will have a receptionist background, good IT skills and a polite and courteous, professional telephone manner.
