British Pop Art on line course on Fridays

Friday 13th May, On line British Pop Art course, 2pm, 6wks, fee £55, on line via Zoom.

The course is around the era of what becomes British Pop Art, which was the first Pop Art, it is an interesting group of painters and in a wider context of post war recovery and renewal. Some of the artists, designers and photographers discussed: Edouardo Paolozzi, Frank Bowling, Pauline Boty, David Hockney, Barbara Hulanicki, Joe Tilson, R.B Kitaj, Derek Boshier, Patrick Caulfield, Bridget Riley, Mary Quant, Marion Foale and Sally Tuffin, David Bailey, Allen Jones and Peter Blake, plus wider contexts.

Tutor is Pam Simpson MA, Associate Lecturer London College of Fashion, University of the Arts.
