The date and venue for the Bridport Business Awards have been announced.

The ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 10 at lunchtime at the Tithe Barn at Symondsbury Estate.

Nigel Reeve, from organisers Marketing West South West Ltd, said: "We are delighted to be holding the awards ceremony live, although it will also be live-streamed.

"After the last year, it will be a fantastic way to celebrate the tremendous efforts of not just the winners but all the businesses in Bridport that have shown such strength during the pandemic and its lockdowns.

"We'd urge residents of Bridport to show their support to these businesses because they play such a large part in giving the town its unique identity."
